Instructions
Peel and slice the ginger and apple. Put chamomile flowers, ginger and apple in a saucepan and heat with water and apple juice. Let simmer for about 15 minutes.
Pour into a cup and enjoy hot. Helps with colds and stomach and intestinal complaints.
