Ingredients

  • 400 ml water
  • 100 ml apple juice (preferably naturally cloudy)
  • 0.5 ½ apple
  • 1 piece (s) ginger (walnut-sized)
  • 10 g chamomile

Instructions

  1. Peel and slice the ginger and apple. Put chamomile flowers, ginger and apple in a saucepan and heat with water and apple juice. Let simmer for about 15 minutes.
  2. Pour into a cup and enjoy hot. Helps with colds and stomach and intestinal complaints.
