Mix the grated carrots with the apple pieces in a large bowl. Stir in the sugar. Then add the eggs and stir again. Pour some salt over it and stir in the softened butter with a dough hook.
Mix the flour with the baking powder, sieve and gradually add to the apple and carrot mixture. Mix everything with the dough hook. Put the dough in a 12-cup muffin tray and bake at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes.
Tip: I don`t like the muffins that sweet, so I only use 100 g of sugar.
