Mix the dry ingredients together in a bowl with a spoon. In another key, stir the liquid ingredients with a hand mixer. Then add to the dry mixture and work again vigorously with the hand mixer. Possibly add chopped chocolate.
Place the muffin paper cases in the muffin tray and then fill with the finished mixture.
Preheat the oven to approx. 170 degrees circulating air, the mass can rest for a while. Slide the tray into the middle rack and bake for about 20 minutes.
Decoration: dark couverture, powdered sugar or colored sugar sprinkles.
