Instructions

  1. Mix all dry ingredients in a mixing bowl. Mix the yogurt substitute, plant-based drink and mineral water in a separate bowl.
  2. Then stir the wet ingredients into the flour mixture and let stand for about 5 - 10 minutes.
  3. Bake the pancakes in the pan with a little oil or in the crepe maker.
  4. The recipe makes about 10 pancakes.
