  1. Terpug is sold with the head and not gutted. Therefore, the first step is to cut it. Remove small scales. Cut open the abdomen and remove the entrails. Remove the gills and eyes from the head. Wash the fish with cold water.

  2. Place mayonnaise in a deep container.
  3. Then add soy sauce.
  4. Add salt and seasoning. Stir until smooth.
  5. Fold the foil in half and place the fish on top of the foil.
  6. Spread the prepared mixture on the fish on both sides and inside.
