Put the frozen banana slices, the frozen forest berries, possibly honey or sugar and the natural yoghurt into the TM and puree on level 8 for 30 seconds. Add the orange juice and stir for another 20 seconds on speed 6. Pour into a large glass, clamp a slice of orange to the rim and serve with a straw.
If the banana is ripe enough, you can do without sweeteners. If the smoothie is to keep you full for a long time, you can stir in one or two tablespoons of instant oat flakes.
