Mix the flour with pepper, salt and paprika and rub the meat with it. Place the meat in a roasting pan, pour a cup of water over it and stew it in the oven at 220 degrees C for 60 minutes.
Then pour the gravy over the meat and add the apples seasoned with sugar, cinnamon and cloves.
Let everything stew for 30-40 minutes at 200 degrees.
The meat is cut into very thin slices before serving.
