- Finely chop the onion, grate the potatoes in a medium size and mix together with the dumpling dough to form a dough.
- When we make hearty baggers, I add a packet of bacon cubes to the batter. When we make cute baggers, I rub 1 - 2 apples into the mixture.
- Heat the pan, pour a dash of oil into the pan and fry the Baggers until golden on both sides.
- Hearty Baggers can be baked with tomatoes and cheese, for example. The sweet baggers are served with applesauce.
