Instructions

  1. Finely chop the herbs and cucumber and place in a bowl. Then mix everything with the sour cream, yogurt and mayonnaise. Season to taste with the rest of the ingredients.
  2. If the herbs are still too coarse, you can briefly puree the finished sauce again with the hand blender, depending on your taste.
  3. Jacket potatoes and hard-boiled (cold!) Eggs are also served.
  4. There are actually 7 herbs in the sauce, but they vary slightly depending on the season. Therefore there are 9 herbs listed for me.
