Mix the ingredients for the cream vigorously with a fork or puree with a hand blender.
Fry the beef tongue briefly and spicy with a little olive oil. Add the capers and fry in the same way.
Place the beef tongue on a plate and pour 2 tablespoons of cream over it. Then arrange with the capers and 1 - 2 anchovies and drizzle some olive oil over them.
Baguette can be served with it if you like.
