Instructions

  1. Whip the cream with sugar until stiff.
  2. Spray rosettes onto aluminum foil with a piping bag.
  3. Then pre-freeze, pack and place in the freezer.
  4. You can remove the frozen rosettes individually and use them to decorate cakes and desserts. They are thawed in 15 minutes at room temperature.
