Heat the Grand Marnier but do not bring it to a boil, otherwise the alcohol will evaporate. Pour into a pre-warmed mug or latte macchiato glass. Add the sugar, pour on the hot coffee and stir. Put a cap of semi-whipped cream on top of the drink and serve immediately.
