Beat the egg yolks with the whisk and slowly pour in the 2 tablespoons of oil.
Then add the honey, mustard and a little pepper and salt as well as Maggi (if you don`t like it - just leave it out). Open again.
Then add the vinegar. If it`s too acidic, top it off with a little more honey. Now add the chives and stir.
Info: this dressing is so intense that the salad is not bathed in it. It is simply distributed evenly over the beautifully arranged salad plates with a spoon. The nice thing about this dressing is that it easily takes on a completely different character, depending on which ingredients are used, and always tastes delicious, provided you stick to the basic recipe.
