Ingredients

• 4 fig (s), ripe or very ripe, cut into pieces
• 0.5 ½ lime (s), the juice from it
• 120 g suar
• 1 pinch (s) salt
• 200 ml cream

Instructions

1. Finely puree the figs with sugar, salt and the lime juice. First whip the cream until stiff, then fold into the fig mixture.
2. Then freeze the mixture in the ice cream maker or in the freezer.
