Instructions

  1. Cut the lettuce hearts and spring onions. Heat the butter and a little olive oil in a pan and stir in the flour. Pour in the broth while stirring and add the lettuce, spring onions and peas.
  2. Season the whole thing with pepper and salt and simmer for about 5 minutes. Then flavor it a little with lemon juice and, if necessary, season again with pepper and salt.
