Peel the onion, cut into thin rings. Boil water, turn off and dip the onion in it for 15 minutes. Drain the water, season the onion with 1 spoonful of mayonnaise and put it in the 1st layer.
Remove the peel from the apple, grate on a coarse grater and put it on the second layer of lettuce.
Finely grate the boiled egg, mix with 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise and put the third layer of salad on it.
The fourth layer is grated cheese. Lay it out neatly, not crushing, at least 1 cm thick.
Put the salad in the refrigerator for 2 hours to soak. Cover it with plastic wrap to keep the cheese dry.
Before serving, you can decorate with herbs and it will be very tasty.
