Instructions

  1. Eggs in a wide container, e.g. a baking dish, whisk with milk and salt. Gradually place the toast slices in the egg milk until the bread is soaked in the liquid.
  2. Heat the butter in a pan. Fry the toast slices in portions on both sides for approx. 5 minutes until golden brown.
  3. Serve French toast with fruits, nuts or maple syrup, if you like.
