- Prepare the dough according to my basic recipe and line the mold.
- Wash the zucchini and cut into thin slices. Fry in butter in a pan and lightly season with salt and pepper.
- Mix in a topping of crème fraîche and the eggs and season well with salt, pepper and curry.
- Spread the zucchini on the quiche dough, pour the topping over it and bake the quiche for 25 - 30 minutes at 175 degrees (top / bottom heat).
