• 1 dough (quiche dough), see my recipe in the database
• 4 small zucchini
• 1 cup crème fraîche, natural
• 3 egg (s)
• salt and pepper
• curry
• some butter

Instructions

1. Prepare the dough according to my basic recipe and line the mold.
2. Wash the zucchini and cut into thin slices. Fry in butter in a pan and lightly season with salt and pepper.
3. Mix in a topping of crème fraîche and the eggs and season well with salt, pepper and curry.
4. Spread the zucchini on the quiche dough, pour the topping over it and bake the quiche for 25 - 30 minutes at 175 degrees (top / bottom heat).
