Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C and grease the muffin pan or line it with paper liners. Peel the apples, cut them into small pieces and drizzle with the lemon juice. Add the crushed star anise seeds. Beat egg, salt and sugar until frothy. Slowly stir in the milk and oil. Mix the flour, baking powder and lemon zest and stir into the egg mixture.
