Instructions

1. Bake the apples, peeled from the core in the oven, and rub through a sieve.
2. Add sugar, egg whites to the resulting puree and beat until a thick white mass is formed.
3. Combine it with a whipped cream chill, or freeze.
4. Put the marshmallows on a dish. Can be served with a biscuit.
