First puree the low-fat quark together with the natural yoghurt, the banana and the defrosted raspberries in a tall container. Add the chia seeds and stir well.
Pour the raspberry, quark and yoghurt mixture into a bowl and decorate with raspberries, blueberries and banana as you like.
Tip: I also like to sprinkle some desiccated coconut and chopped nuts on top.
Let it steep in the refrigerator for about 1 hour before consumption.
