Instructions

  1. Finely slice the white cabbage (the 600 g refers to the cabbage that has already been grated) and place in a large bowl. Cut the cucumber into small cubes and add. Strain, rinse and add the corn. Finely chop the dill and add. Mix the ingredients in the bowl.
  2. For the dressing, mix the olive oil with the lemon juice and season with sugar, salt and pepper. Pour over the salad and mix everything well. Let it steep for at least 30 minutes.
