Instructions
Cut the Chinese cabbage into strips, sprinkle with salt and knead. Pour off the resulting juice. Cut the bacon into cubes and fry. Now fold in the marinade of vinegar, oil, salt and pepper. Finally sprinkle the fried bacon cubes over the top.
