Peel the ginger and cut into small pieces. Bring the water to the boil and let the tea simmer for about 20 minutes. In the meantime, squeeze 3 oranges. Peel the fourth orange and cut into 4 slices.
When the ginger tea is ready, add the orange juice and add sugar to taste. Place the orange slices in the cups and pour the tea on them.
This tea is very warming. Thanks to the essential oils of ginger, it is also highly recommended for colds.
