- Peel the ginger and cut into small pieces. Bring the water to the boil and let the tea simmer for about 20 minutes. In the meantime, squeeze 3 oranges. Peel the fourth orange and cut into 4 slices.
- When the ginger tea is ready, add the orange juice and add sugar to taste. Place the orange slices in the cups and pour the tea on them.
- This tea is very warming. Thanks to the essential oils of ginger, it is also highly recommended for colds.
