Ingredients
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 piece (s) ginger root, approx. 5 mm thick and .5 mm x .5 mm in size
- 1 piece (s) lemongrass, approx. 3 cm long

- Peel the ginger and cut a little for the taste intensity. Squeeze the lemongrass, either press it with a meat mallet or the back of a knife, and chop it up so that it fits into a tea infuser. Put both ingredients in a tea infuser. Pour into a cup and pour the boiling water over it, let it steep for about 10 minutes. Add the honey and dissolve.
- Great for cold winter days, nice and warm inside. Those who like a certain spiciness can let the ginger steep even longer, the longer the tea steeps, the spicier it becomes.
