- 0.5 ½ lemon (n)
- 1 piece (s) ginger root, approx. - 2 teaspoon
- 1 teaspoon honey,
- 300 ml water

- Peel the orange and cut into large slices. Cut the lemon into slices as well. Put both in a tea pot (samovar). Cut the ginger into very small pieces and add. Add the honey and pour hot water over it. If you like, boil for about 1-2 minutes. Let it steep for 5 minutes.
- If desired, sweeten with honey again.
- Tip:
- If you like more lemon, take a whole. Also tastes good with fresh mint or green tea.
- I make the tea in a Turkish tea pot (samovar), where you boil the water in the large pot and then pour the tea in the small one.
- If the tea is too strong, you can dilute it with hot water.
