Ingredients
- 1 ½ cm ginger, fresh, finely chopped
- 1 liter water
- 1 liter orange juice, freshly squeezed or bought, fridge-cold
- ice cubes

- Heat the water with the finely chopped ginger in a saucepan and simmer for at least 10 minutes. Take the pot off the stove and let it cool down (in the refrigerator if necessary).
- Pour the ginger tea with the orange juice into a pot and add the ice cubes.
- This drink is very refreshing and healthy on hot summer days. Depending on your taste, you can vary the ratio of ginger tea: juice.
