- 40 g iner
- 1 liter water
- 1 tablespoon sugar (granulated sugar) or brown sugar

- Finely chop the ginger and boil water in the kettle.
- Pour a little water (about 1 cm covered on the bottom of the pot) into the pot. When the water starts to boil, throw in the ginger and sugar. Let cook for at least half a minute.
- Add the boiled water and simmer on a low heat for 10-15 minutes.
- Depending on your taste, you can then pour off the tea or enjoy it directly in the cup with the ginger pieces.
