- 1 apple
- 400 ml water
- 2 bags fruit tea (apple tea)
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon powder
- Dose 4 teaspoons sugar, approx., To taste
- 0.5 ½ tuber / n ginger, possibly
- 125 ml water

- Cut the orange pulp into small cubes and / or slices. Put in a saucepan and mix with the water, cinnamon and sugar. Boil the mixture for a few minutes. Then reduce the heat and simmer the oranges only slightly.
- In the meantime, cut the apple into thin slices. If you want to add ginger, it must also be cut into small pieces. Put the apple and ginger in the saucepan.
- Pour the apple tea with 400 ml of boiling water and let it steep for about 20 minutes. Then pour the tea into the pot and let everything simmer over low heat for about 1 hour, then it can be served.
