Ingredients

  • 1 liter water
  • 20 g apple peel, dried
  • some lemon juice
  • some sugar
  • possibly peppermint
  • possibly tea, black

Instructions

  1. Put the water and apple peel on top of each other and cook for 5 - 10 minutes. Serve the tea through a sieve and season with lemon juice and sugar.
  2. Refinement: Before serving, add 2 spoons of peppermint and 1 teaspoon of black tea and let steep for 2-3 minutes.
