- 3 apples, (no matter what type)
- 4 liters water
- possibly honey

- Here is a little home remedy for colds and coughs.
- First peel and quarter the onions and put them in a saucepan with the 4 liters of water, then wash the apples, also quarter them and add them to the water.
- Bring the whole thing to a boil and let it boil for 20 minutes, then take it off the stove and let it steep for 10 minutes.
- If you serve the tea (of course only the tea / without apple or onion pieces) you can add honey to sweeten it, which also relieves the cough.
