Ingredients
- 4 bags black tea (e.g. Darjeeling)
- 0.5 liter ½ water
- 0.5 liter ½ apple juice, clearer
- 2 tablespoon honey
- 0.5 ½ lemon (s), sliced

- Bring the water to the boil and pour it over the tea bags. Let it steep for 5 minutes, remove the tea bags and then stir in the honey until everything is dissolved.
- Let cool a little and then mix with the apple juice and lemon wedges. Then let the mixture cool down well in the refrigerator for a while.
- Stir well before serving so that the settled tea spreads out again.
