Ingredients
- 2 mandarin (s), the peel it (organic, suitable for consumption)
- 500 ml water
- sugar
- cinnamon

- Cut the peel into strips. Bring the water to the boil. Pour boiling water over the tangerine peel cut into strips and let it steep for 10 minutes. Strain the tea. If you want, you can add cinnamon or sugar to taste.
