Ingredients

  • 1 can tangerine (s)
  • 250 g cream cheese
  • 400 g cream
  • 150 grams sugar
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 100 ml juice, (from the tangerine can)

For the set:

  • Sugar, more colorful
  • Grated chocolate

Instructions

  1. Drain the tangerines and catch the juice.
  2. Put 4 beautiful mandarins aside for the garnish.
  3. Whip the cream with the sugar / vanilla sugar mixture until stiff and stir in the juice together with the cream cheese. Carefully fold in the tangerines.
  4. With 4 dessert glasses, make a sugar rim with colored sugar and fill it.
  5. Garnish with chocolate flakes and tangerine.
  6. Chill until ready to eat.
