- 500 g quark (low-fat quark)
- 2 orange (s), pressed
- sugar
- milk
- 0.5 ½ cup cream
- 7 mandarin (s)

- Mix the low-fat quark with the juice from the two oranges and sugar until creamy, add a little milk if necessary or stir in half a cup of whipped cream and season to taste.
- Peel 6 mandarins and carefully remove the white skin. When this is done, cut in half, cut into thin slices and layer alternately tangerines and curd in dessert bowls.
- Peel and slice the last tangerine and use it to garnish the dessert.
