Ingredients
- 350 ml multivitamin juice
- 1 packet vanilla pudding powder
- 2 tablespoon sugar
- 500 g quark
- 500 g natural yohurt, 1 lare cup
- Ripe fruit that has to go

- Mix the juice with sugar and pudding powder and bring to the boil while stirring. Then let cool a little, stirring every now and then so that no skin forms.
- Mix with the quark, yoghurt and the peeled, finely chopped fruit (e.g. bananas, pears, apples, oranges, nectarines - whatever is there) and season again with honey, sugar or sweetener.
- Chill for 2 hours.
