- 500 g quark
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 100 g powdered suar
- Syrup (caramel syrup)
- Sunflower seeds, candied
- Biscuit (s), (Amarettini)

- Pour the quark into a bowl. In a mug, whip the cream until stiff and mix it with the quark. Add powdered sugar to the mass and beat everything until it becomes a light mass.
- Fill these into 6 decorative glasses. Drizzle with the caramel syrup, garnish with the seeds and sprinkle with crumbled amarettini.
- If possible, cool for another 1-2 hours.
- Is a wonderfully refreshing summer dessert that tastes good even 2 days later!
