Pour the quark into a bowl. In a mug, whip the cream until stiff and mix it with the quark. Add powdered sugar to the mass and beat everything until it becomes a light mass.
Fill these into 6 decorative glasses. Drizzle with the caramel syrup, garnish with the seeds and sprinkle with crumbled amarettini.
If possible, cool for another 1-2 hours.
