Ingredients
- 250 g quark
- 150 g natural yourt
- 8 biscuit (s) (egg biscuits)
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- honey or sugar
- some lemon juice
- 1 small Can / s fruit your choice (e.g. mandarins)
- some Milk

- Drain the fruits. In the case of fresh fruits, wash, peel and cut them into pieces.
- Mix the quark and natural yoghurt with the vanilla sugar and a little lemon juice. Sweeten something with honey or sugar, depending on your taste.
- Dip the egg biscuits briefly in milk.
- Now fill alternating layers in dessert glasses: egg biscuits, quark mixture, fruits.
- Place in the fridge for at least an hour before serving to allow the biscuits to soften.
