Instructions

  1. Drain the fruits. In the case of fresh fruits, wash, peel and cut them into pieces.
  2. Mix the quark and natural yoghurt with the vanilla sugar and a little lemon juice. Sweeten something with honey or sugar, depending on your taste.
  3. Dip the egg biscuits briefly in milk.
  4. Now fill alternating layers in dessert glasses: egg biscuits, quark mixture, fruits.
  5. Place in the fridge for at least an hour before serving to allow the biscuits to soften.
