Ingredients
For the dough:
- 100 g butter
- 100 g suar
- 1 egg (s)
- 200 g flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- Fat, for the springform pan
For covering:
- 6 apples
- 0.75 liter ¾ juice (multivitamin)
- 4 tablespoon sugar
- 2 packs custard powder (vanilla)
- 2 cups cream
- 2 packs cream stabilizer
- cinnamon

- Beat the butter, sugar and egg until frothy, then add the flour and baking powder. Process everything into a dough and press into a greased springform pan, pulling up the edge as well.
- Cut the apples into cubes. Mix 3-4 tablespoons of the multivitamin juice in a shaker with 4 tablespoons of sugar and the vanilla pudding powder. Put the remaining multivitamin juice in a saucepan and bring to the boil. Add the mixed pudding powder and bring everything to the boil again. Finally fold in the apples and place everything on the dough base.
- Then bake in the preheated oven at 180 ° C for about 75 minutes and let it cool in the pan (best to prepare one day in advance).
- Just before serving, whip the cream with the cream stiffener until stiff, place on the cake and sprinkle with cinnamon.
