Instructions

  1. Beat the butter, sugar and egg until frothy, then add the flour and baking powder. Process everything into a dough and press into a greased springform pan, pulling up the edge as well.
  2. Cut the apples into cubes. Mix 3-4 tablespoons of the multivitamin juice in a shaker with 4 tablespoons of sugar and the vanilla pudding powder. Put the remaining multivitamin juice in a saucepan and bring to the boil. Add the mixed pudding powder and bring everything to the boil again.
