Ingredients
- 500 g low-fat quark
- 1 can tangerine (s)
- 4 tablespoon sugar
- 100 g chocolate sprinkles or chocolate shavins
- some biscuit (s), (Amarettini)
- possibly cinnamon

- Mix the low-fat quark with a little tangerine juice. Then mix in the crumble and sugar (amount depending on taste, add a little vanilla sugar if necessary).
- Crumble the amarettini and layer them alternately with the quark in a glass. Then put in the fridge for about 2 hours and then enjoy.
- Who likes. can also add a little cinnamon to the mixture.
