Ingredients

  • 200 g flour
  • 215 g suar
  • 3 egg (s)
  • 75 g mararine
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 500 g quark
  • 0.5 ½ cup sour cream
  • 0.5 ½ cup oil
  • 0.5 ½ cup milk
  • 1 packet custard powder (vanilla pudding)
  • 1 small can mandarine (s)
  • 1 pack cake icing, course

Instructions

  1. For the dough, put the flour, 75 g sugar, 1 egg, margarine and baking powder in a bowl and stir into a shortcrust pastry. Then let it rest in the refrigerator for about 45 minutes. Then put in a springform pan.
  2. For the topping, mix the quark, 2 eggs and 140 g sugar by hand. In another bowl, stir together the custard, sour cream, oil and milk. Then fold under the curd mixture. Place the dough rolled out in the springform pan and spread the mandarins on top.
  3. Bake at 180 ° C for about 50 minutes.
  4. When the cake has cooled down, cover with the clear cake topping.
