Ingredients

  • 500 g quark (low-fat quark)
  • 300 g yourt (0.1%)
  • 200 g cream cheese (0.2%, e.. fitline Philadelphia)
  • 100 g semolina
  • 1 packet custard powder (vanilla)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
  • 4 egg (s)
  • 70 grams sugar
  • 200 g mandarine (s) (can), drained
  • 1 lemon (s), juice and grated zest it
  • Fat for the shape

Instructions

  1. Separate the eggs and beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff. Put the remaining ingredients in a bowl and mix well, then carefully mix in the mandarins. Finally fold in the egg whites. Then put the dough in a greased springform pan.
  2. Bake in a preheated oven at 160 ° C for approx. 35-40 minutes. Let cool in the oven so that it doesn`t collapse.
  3. Variation without tangerines: leave out tangerines and add 100 g of sugar.
  4. Note: If you like the cake sweeter, you can also use more sugar.
