Ingredients
- 1 small can Mandarine (s)
- 2 scoops ice cream (vanilla)
- milk
- whipped cream

- Put the mandarins with the juice from the can in a measuring beaker or similar tall vessel and puree with a hand blender. Add the vanilla ice cream and mix well again until the drink is frothy and the ice cream is completely dissolved. Top up with milk as required, mix again briefly with the hand blender and pour into two glasses.
- Serve with thick drinking straws and garnished with icing to taste.
