- 0.7 liters water
- 1 small lemon (s)
- 4 stalks mint, fresh
- 1 tablespoon, heaped ginger, fresh
- sugar or honey

- First of all, the water must be brought to a boil.
- Meanwhile, cut the lemon and ginger into thin slices and place in a teapot. Then remove the mint leaves from the stem and also put them in the teapot. Scald the ginger, lemon and mint with the boiling water, let it steep for 10 minutes, done.
- If you like it sweet, you can add a little sugar or honey.
- To avoid the tea becoming bitter, the solid components can be removed after 10 to 20 minutes.
