Ingredients
- 15 leaves mint (Hugo-), or other
- some syrup (elderflower)
- some syrup (lemon) or lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon, leveled sugar
- water

- Pluck the mint freshly, wash it off briefly and put it in a teacup. Pour the elderflower syrup over the mint so that the bottom of the cup is covered a good 1/2 cm. Then add a maximum of 1 teaspoon of lemon syrup and the sugar. Stir briefly and then add boiling water. Let the tea steep for about 10 minutes, remove the leaves.
- The tea also tastes cold as an iced tea with ice cubes and as an alcohol-free version of Hugo.
